Hand Carved, Wall/Door Mounted Solid Oak Yorkshire Rose.

Here we have our stunning hand carved yorkshire roses. All done by hand, using a wide range of carving chisels, these solid oak carvings are designed to be admired for generations to come.

They come with a back plate for hanging on any wall or door. They, for me, really capture what this business is based on, the love for traditional woodworking. With the devolopment in machinery, we here at the Carvers Oak, dont use any of it! We vow to keep traditions alive, working with the oak grain to bring these carvings to life. 

We have two options of yorkshire rose, each as beautiful as the next. PLEASE NOTE! The more detailed rose with the two levels is not oiled in the picture. This is due to it being my first one carved and it was a commision. After i carved it, it was going to a specialist french polisher to be colour matched to a carving found in a Cathedral that was carved around 150 years ago. If one was ordered from us, it would come a similar to the colour of the first rose pictured.

Each rose is approximately 16.5cm in diameter.
